I'd like to share a manifestation ritual I've made my New Year's tradition: a burning bowl ceremony. I've been doing this ritual for over a decade now…
A spirit dream visitation can be a powerful and healing experience while grieving. I know several people
Many of you may already be aware that I am a dog-fanatic! Yes, I have three dogs. There is something so special
Whenever I take a moment to pause and reflect upon the world around me—with so many different types of people, with their own dreams, hopes, and desires—I am reminded
As we navigate a world of continuing uncertainty, I am reminded of the power in faith and prayer to inspire action. Having trust in the unseen
You may have noticed a shift in energy within you, as we enter today’s date, 2-2-22, which hasn’t been felt this same way in nearly 200 years. Neptune is approaching
I want to share something that I recently posted about on social media. Over the years, I've heard people tell me, "My soul is tired Bill
I want to share some guidance I’ve received, either during a reading or simply from my guides within my own meditations
Have you ever met someone and felt an instant connection, like you’ve known them your whole life? More than likely
Change is a natural part of our journey. If we're not changing then we’re not growing. Honor this change. Like sitting in a boat on the water
As we begin to close the chapter on the calendar year, we often reflect on it, the celebrations, the time spent with family and friends. However, 2020 has been a challenging year
If you know me, you know I am a huge advocate of following intuition. I like to encourage others to do the same. Intuition is that loving voice within
It’s easy to take for granted the things that come so freely to us. Our ability to breathe is one of those things that comes so naturally that we never give it a second thought. But it’s a miracle
The last few months have made me think a lot about what it means to be an empath. Part of the responsibility that comes with being a psychic medium is having empathy. We have to be able to feel the world around us in order to connect with the other side and the higher realms of consciousness. Being empathic means that you feel the emotions of others.
We as human beings have always battled between our Ego—the rational thinking mind, and our spirit—the energy that is our consciousness. This conflict is really at the heart of what makes us human. It’s also an opportunity for our greatest growth.
As the days seem to blend together, we may wonder what day of the week it is, or even what month it is. In this unusual period of timelessness, it’s important to find structure so that we don’t lose ourselves in a feeling of aimlessness. In other words, we can make time for the things that elevate us.
For many people a lot of emotions are stirred up during this unprecedented time we are living in. Anxiety and fear can pull us out of our body as we absorb the collective energy of the world at large. We may not be able to discern our own energy from that of the collective consciousness, but we have the ability to redirect our focus and connect with the world in a different way—a more meaningful way.
People often come to me hoping to hear from a loved one who has crossed over and the one thing that I can say without a doubt is that your loved ones want you to know that they are more than ok. Their messages have a common theme; they want us to live without fear. They want us to do what makes us happy in life and to not be afraid of death. One thing I love about being a medium is knowing the amazing amount of support that the other side provides to each of us and then sharing that knowledge with others.
Are you feeling scattered and forgetful, having trouble communicating and getting your voice heard, missing appointments or double booking yourself, experiencing technical glitches? You’re not alone. According to astrology every few months we experience a phenomenon known as Mercury Retrograde. I know whenever I mention it to someone new I get the same deer in headlights look. “Mercury what?” And without going into too much detail I tell them it’s when the planet Mercury turns everything topsy-turvy. I advise them to just ride the wave and not to worry because things will return to normal in a few weeks. But we can do more than ride it out, we can turn it to our advantage if we know how.
Within the same week a dear friend of mine died and I adopted a new puppy. It’s interesting how these rhythms of life, of death and birth, always seem so intrinsically tied together, happening simultaneously.
I wanted to share a story, an example, of how mediumship is amplified when the recipient takes the time to start the dialogue and communication before a reading begins.
I recently gave a reading to a woman who was hoping to connect with her brother. From the moment I sat down I could feel his energy surging through me and I was ready to get started. With any mediumship reading, both the medium and the spirit are working together by raising the medium’s vibration and lowering the spirit’s vibration, to make the communication as clear as possible. Of course, every Spirit is different and so therefore every communication from Spirit is different. Using this example, I wanted to share some tips on how to get the most out of your reading.
I’d like to share a manifestation ritual that I’ve made my New Year’s tradition; it’s a burning bowl ceremony. We usually perform it on New Year’s Eve but it can certainly be done other days of the year. It’s a way to let go of all things negative that we hold onto — and burn them away. It’s also a way to manifest things into your life by taking a moment of self reflection and putting thought and energy into what you really want for yourself. It is unapologetic and it is your own personal almanac to release into the realm of possibilities. To prepare yourself for this you need to ask yourself “What would I like to release going into 2017? What would I like to create in 2017?”
I want to talk about Santa Claus. I know that might sound silly and I know that Christmas has many aspects to it. It has its roots in medieval paganism, Christianity, and more recently secular commercialism. But there is something pretty profound that I have come to realize about the man in the red suit. He is real on some level. Don’t read this to your kids though, as I want to delve into the real and unreal about him.
Have you ever wondered why you feel so connected to the people in your life, even those you don’t like all that much? It all comes down to energy. In any relationship, romantic or otherwise, there’s an underlying energy that connects us all. This can be an amazing, often euphoric experience between two people when they are open, unassuming, and unblocked with their energy. But on the flip side of this, shared energy can negatively affect you when someone else is in a dark or unhealthy place. It could be a family member, a friend, or even a co-worker.
Spirit likes to communicate with you. Spirit wants to communicate with you. But that communication from the other side usually is not an in-your-face kind of statement. It’s subtle. Always there, always right in front of you, but subtle. And it’s up to you to open your mind and heart so you can recognize it, acknowledge it, and absorb the peace and love that it can provide.
Let’s be honest, contracts are usually boring legal jargon that most people don’t read, but they are necessary. Why? Because they hold us accountable to something or someone. They matter. Terms get decided, agreed upon, and our signature binds us to an agreement with someone else and ourselves. It is that agreement with ourselves that is often the easiest to break but with the most dire consequences. It is in that choice, that freedom, that we learn how much power we truly have over our own destiny.

“Do not see anything as coincidence. Spirits are trying to guide us all the time by giving us signs throughout the day. Pay attention to them, and trust them. –Pages 198-199 of “Expect the Unexpected: Bringing Peace, Healing, and Hope from the Other Side”
“Understand that our thoughts create our reality. Spirits on the other side are creating and living the lives they wished they could have lived here. The difference is that over there they have no fears or doubts or limitations. Here on earth we are trying to come as close to that as possible, but it’s difficult. There are so many physical worries and obstacles that block us from pursuing our passions.” –Page 197 of “Expect the Unexpected: Bringing Peace, Healing, and Hope from the Other Side”
“Close your eyes. Focus solely on your breath. Listen to yourself breathe. Slowly inhale…exhale…inhale…exhale. Breathe in a circular pattern. Honor your body’s continuous motion. Feel more and more peace with each breath you take...
