I acknowledge that Bill Philipps' intention for the reading I schedule with him is to provide entertainment and enjoyment, and that he cannot guarantee who or what information will come through during the reading. I understand that The Infinite Light Inc. is the entity that facilitates Bill's services, but that neither The Infinite Light Inc., Bill Philipps, nor its employees can be held accountable for any actions taken, or not taken, based on the information or communication provided during the service. I also recognize that Bill Philipps is not a legal or medical professional, and any information or communication provided during the reading should never be a substitute for consulting a qualified legal or medical expert. I understand that the future is a dynamic sequence of events shaped by our individual and collective actions, and I am not depending solely on the information provided during the reading. Instead, I will use it as a tool to enhance my current circumstances. By engaging in Bill Philipps' services, I affirm that I have thoroughly read and comprehended the terms outlined in this statement of agreement.

Any personal information you share with Bill will be kept completely private and confidential. Your privacy and security are of the utmost importance to him, and he takes this responsibility very seriously. The relationship between a Medium and their client is built on trust, integrity, and discretion, which are values that Bill hold dear. You can trust that he will always do his best to provide you with helpful and fair assistance while keeping your information safe and secure.

You'll receive an email in response to your request for a reading. You must reply to confirm.

If you've requested an Emergency Reading or a Private Group Reading (5+ People), you'll receive an email letting you know your request was received. We'll add you to the waitlist once you confirm our email.

If you've requested the Next Available Reading, you'll be given an appointment date within the stated timeframe on the schedule a reading page. To secure that appointment, you must reply within 14 days to confirm the date. Your session is only guaranteed if you respond to the email to accept the date.

If you are still waiting to receive an email from us within ten days of your request, please check your junk/spam folder. Occasionally, our emails may be filtered out as junk by your email server. If you have not heard back from us within ten days regarding your request, you can also reach out through the contact page.

For Next Available Readings & Emergency Readings, you can bring up to 3 guests in a reading for an extra fee of $50 each. Max 4 people total. If you have 5 or more people, please ask about scheduling a group reading since there are different rates for a group of this size. If you include guests in your reading you won't be able to split it into separate private sessions. Please be aware that guests aren't allowed in 30-minute appointments.

It's important to note that all payments received are considered final. We operate under a strict no-refund policy, which we believe is fair to all parties involved.

For Next Available Readings, we kindly request your payment in full no later than seven days before your appointment.

For Emergency Readings, payment is due within 24 hours of confirming the appointment.

For Private Group Readings (5+ People) a $400 deposit is due within 72 hours of confirming the appointment.

Your prompt payment is crucial to ensure we can accommodate everyone interested in seeing Bill in a timely manner. Bill's team will not know you are still committed to the reading without payment by the due date and will cancel your appointment.

Please don't submit payment after the due date without checking with someone from Bill's team to inquire whether the appointment is still available or if you need to reschedule.

Consider taking notes, as you may want to refer back to this later. Please note that video recording is not permitted. However, we understand the value of revisiting the discussions during your reading, so audio recording is allowed. In choosing to do so, you acknowledge and agree that any manner of recording shall and will be intended for your personal use only and will not be reproduced or distributed for profit, public presentation, or any media purposes.

Please understand that we don't record the session for you. If we have you scheduled for a Zoom session, please note that we have turned off the recording function, so you won't be able to record over Zoom because Bill does not want to be video recorded. You'll need to make your own arrangements if you would like to audio record your session.

If you need to reschedule your appointment, you can do so with your payment if you provide a minimum of 72 hours notice from the appointment date to make the necessary arrangements. However, we cannot guarantee how quickly we can get you back on the schedule. We will make every effort to promptly provide you with a rescheduled appointment. However, it depends on Bill’s availability and his current rescheduling waitlist.

It is crucial that you arrive on time for your reading, as Bill has clients scheduled back-to-back during his day, and he energetically prepares for your reading in advance. We understand that you may have unforeseen circumstances that delay you. Please get in touch with someone on Bill's team if you are running late. Forgetting the time of your reading is not a valid excuse. If you're late, even by a few minutes, that time is lost, and Bill cannot extend the session to make up for it. If you're over 15 minutes late, you won't be able to complete the appointment or receive a refund.
