Welcome to the scheduling page for a reading with Bill Philipps!

Please be aware that, due to the high demand for Bill's services, there is a 28-month wait for an appointment, what we consider a "next available" appointment.

When scheduling your reading, you may request that we add you to the cancelation waitlist. If an appointment becomes available sooner, we will contact you for your availability. Please understand that this is not a guarantee of a sooner appointment.

You might prefer a guaranteed, expedited appointment to the next available one. In that case, you have the option to request an “emergency reading.” Although we try to work you into the schedule as soon as possible, you may experience a three-month wait. Please understand that this is an estimate based on Bill's availability.

Please note that standard private groups can accommodate 5-10 people. If you have a larger group, please contact us to inquire about pricing. Group readings are a shared experience, and therefore, each participant may not receive an equal amount of time for individual messages.

**Important Update: We’ve Moved**

Please be informed that Bill has moved to Salem, Oregon, so his in-person office in Costa Mesa, California, has closed. However, virtual sessions are still available through Zoom or telephone. If you have already scheduled an in-person appointment in Costa Mesa, we will contact you via email a few weeks before your appointment to discuss changing it to a virtual reading. We are pleased to offer new in-person appointments at Bill's office in historic downtown Salem, Oregon. You’ll find additional details regarding his new office on our location page.

Terms of Agreement

  • The reading you schedule with Bill Philipps is intended for entertainment purposes only. Please be aware that neither The Infinite Light Inc., Bill Philipps, nor any of its employees can be held liable for any actions taken, or lack thereof, based on any information or communication provided during the service. Bill Philipps is not a medical professional and does not claim to be one. Therefore, any information or communication provided during the reading should not replace consulting a medical professional who can diagnose, prescribe, treat, or cure any ailment or affliction, physical or psychological, in nature. By seeking Bill Philipps' services, clients acknowledge that they have read and understood the terms of this agreement.

    It's essential to recognize that our future is constantly changing, and we, as individuals, have the power to shape it. We encourage clients not to rely solely on the information provided during the reading but instead use it to improve their current situation.

  • Any personal information you share with Bill will be kept completely private and confidential. Your privacy and security are of the utmost importance to him, and he takes this responsibility very seriously. The relationship between a Medium and their client is built on trust, integrity, and discretion, which are values that Bill holds dear. You can trust that he will always do his best to provide you with helpful and fair assistance while keeping your information safe and secure.

  • All payments received are considered final. No refunds will be issued.

    For next available readings, your payment is due in full no later than seven days before your scheduled reading.

    For emergency readings, payment is due within 24 hours of confirming the appointment.

    We cancel appointments without further notice if we don't receive payments by the due date. Please don't submit payment after the due date without verifying if the appointment is still available.

  • You'll receive an email in response to your request for a reading and you must reply to confirm the email.

    If you've requested an emergency reading, you'll receive an email letting you know your request was received. We'll add you to the waitlist once you confirm our email.

    If you've requested the next available reading, you'll be given an appointment date within the stated timeframe above. To secure that appointment, you must reply within 14 days to confirm the date. Your session is only guaranteed if you respond to the email to accept the date.

  • You can bring up to 3 guests in a reading for an extra fee of $50 each. Max 4 people total.

    If you have 5 or more people, please ask about scheduling a group reading since there are different rates for a group of this size.

    If you include guests in your reading you won't be able to split it into separate private sessions.

    Please be aware that guests aren't allowed in 30-minute appointments.

  • We need 72 Hours' notice before the appointment to reschedule. If not, we will consider the services rendered and won't be able to refund your payment.

  • Consider taking notes, as you may want to refer back to this later.

    Video recording is not permitted. However, audio recording is allowed.

    In choosing to do so, you acknowledge and agree that any manner of recording shall and will be intended for your personal use only and will not be reproduced or distributed for profit, public presentation, or any media purposes.

    Please note that Bill doesn't record the session for you.

  • Please be on time for your appointment to ensure you receive a full session.

    If you are up to 15 minutes late, Bill won't be able to make up the lost time.

    If you are over 15 minutes Bill will end the session without the possibility of a refund.
